Personalmente credo sia il miglior ristorante dove provare il tartufo, pero non dimenticate che si tratta di un prodotto di stagione. Generalmente il miglior periodo sarebbe da fine settembre a fine gennaio. Ottime anche le tagliate di carne fatte alla brace, le fritatte con tartufo e funghi e tante altre pietanze tipiche.
Personally I think this is the best place for eating truffles, but keep in mind that this product have a season. The best time to come is from the end of September till end of January. They also make perfect filet mignon (not so mignon but perfect), scrumbled eggs with truffles and mushrooms, and other tipical products.
It is preferred to make a reservation especially in Summer.
